after jzx's death, jgy is now the one standing next to jgs, but, in essentials, nothing has really changed since he first got recognized.

jgy's next chronological outfit is from the empathy sequence, which keeps the same color scheme from the previous look while being an entirely new style we don't really see on anyone else, the closest matched elements being rounded collars of one of zixun's outfits and the ouyang

the robe from the empathy sequence looks very much like jgy's final outfit, but there are differences in fit and quality. the embroidery on the former is much less fine, you can see threads, the material seems cheaper, and the robe seems both too short and too big in comparison.

(the difference between the two outfits carries down to the weight and quality of the under-robes, which we get a good look at after the stair kick, and after jgy says that he is insecure in his position with the jin, and jgs has even gone so far as to bring in another bastard.)

the full present day outfit builds on the previous one, and the blue elements from the first have returned. lots of cloth, but it fits, and the fabric of his outer robe matches that of his belt, which incorporates gold and silver, the stone from his hat, and what looks like jade.

the final outfit (the .5), sees the outer robe from koi tower vanish, but maintains the look with the new belt, a departure from the common element to the first three outfits, while expanding on the narrow strip of blue-gold on the initial collar (also seen in gold-only on jzx).
