A very important thread that #NBA2k21 gamers should read

I don't want to hear "skill gap" or see the "elitism" BS I see from certain developers, the 2K handle itself, influencers, and gamers alike.

Artificial boosts are also killing sports games and the integrity of competition https://twitter.com/AndrewNLSC/status/1310043849289474048
Badges, takeover etc are NOT skill, they are artificial boosts.

That guy who scores 80 points on 22 for 28 from three, jacking up 30-40 footers fading away is often not more skilled than those he is against, he has artificial boosts and has learned how to cheat the game.
Many of the games mechanics are incredibly poor, and often exploitable.

As I stated many times before, the game is very rarely won on skill, it's often won by those who know where the exploits are, and those who find a way to dodge the minefield of game issues.
Want to beat the computer? No worries, dribble down the sideline and run around the computer for easy scores over and over.

Want to beat them in the halfcourt? Call an ISO with a quick player and just run to the hoop over and over.

It's embarrassing.
Yet we hear CONSTANTLY about how SIM it is, SIMNATION, and people acting elite and the suits and some developers pushing for more elitism attitudes.

The mechanics of the game, and just the overall functionality of it does not support real, honest, TRUE competition or skill gap.
And this is worth repeating https://twitter.com/Dee4Three84/status/1309519602955714566?s=19
