Last Tuesday was my first time canvassing since February. I had forgotten how happy it makes me to be out in my community spreading the word about a candidate I love.

Today I canvassed for @Adair4Congress for the third time this week. Things are a bit different. Do I miss actually knocking on doors? Absolutely! Is it hard not getting to talk to voters? You bet! But I’m still filled with joy every time I leave a flyer on someone’s doorstep.

All of that sentimental stuff to say this: yeah, we’re living in a pandemic and things like canvassing look a little different than they used to. That doesn’t mean they can’t be fun! It’s all about attitude. It’s all what you make it.
