đź“– I'm enjoying reading Lovecraft Country so much that it makes me want to read more horror featuring Black protagonists. I've only read this genre a few times before, can count on one hand the number of times, and they've always been written by Victor LaValle or Tananarive Due.
I just did a quick scan for more books on Amazon under 'African American Horror', and the top 50 is mostly various editions of Lovecraft Country, and Victor's and Tananarive's books.
I've already read about 90% of Tananarive's work.

Definitely need to read more from Victor. The Changeling was written so well, but it did throw me for a loop and scare the sh*t out of me. Way more than Lovecraft.
Now that I think about it, "The Changeling" and Tananarive's African Immortals series would be great on film and as a television series.
