I can simultaneously think/feel two things:

1.) I think Hades has some cool and sexy characters/art

2.) Every time gamers — especially queer ones — start salivating loudly en masse about a game that’s wall-to-wall thin twink/supermodel types, part of me dies inside.
Small bonus if said gamers — again, especially queer ones — are also loudly proclaiming said game a victory for The Representation.

I legitimately do not know if people are doing this, re: Hades, but having played it, I can easily imagine it being so
Like if you only ever seem to be able to gush about how sexy this specific and extremely common body type is, re: character art, it might be worthwhile to ask yourself: "Am I being boring?"

If you feel particularly attacked by this tweet I'd maybe ask yourself why, too.
Legitimately sorry if this seems like I'm trying to scream "Hades is bad!" because it's not. I like the designs. They're iconic and fun and definitely created with sex appeal in mind. But it's that last bit that makes me sad, you know? Even as I enjoy it.
Queer visual novel and dating sim games, for example, countlessly seem to pop up with kickstarters or pitch sites talking about their hot and sexy cast of [insert identical gym bunny body types here] and it's like: bro, this is all you can find sexy? Just this?
