First and foremost I wanted to be upfront about my stance with pedophilia: It's disgusting, repulsive, and unforgivable. I have never and will never support a pedophile for any reason

Texan has done nothing wrong.

2) I have known Texan for over 3 years now and he has been one of the nicest, most genuine, and caring people I have known during this time.

Clearing up one thing: Texan's character, named 'Kid', is not a child, and has never been. They are a self-insert into nostalgic cartoons.

3) They're short, small, cute, but they're not a child. Ignoring -who- they're representing, they have been shown with jobs, living on their own, and a college student.

The intention is to take the shows we grew up with and give the same feelings of nostalgia.

4) Regardless of him being an adult or not (he is), the content shown is nothing worse than what would be in those cartoons, it is silly cartoon antics, which Texan uses as self wish-fulfillment. It is not sexual, it is not mature by any means. It is not a fetish. It is pure fun.

5) "It's not about intention, it's about impact, his followers view it as a fetish" is an argument that says more about them than it does the artist. No matter how wholesome something is, it can be sexualized/fetishized by someone. eg. the inclusion of these themes in toons

6) I'm not saying impact and context aren't important, but what I am saying is that a cute drawing of a chubby fox is by no means sexual material, it has no hint of suggestion, if you take it to be sexual, that's your own issue, not Texan's. Once again, his sona is not a child.

7) "Why can't they just make them appear 100% with out a doubt an adult?" Texan, as a person IRL is short, small, innocent, goofy, giggly, and very energetic. This is who he is. His sona represents this, changing it would be disingenuous.

Beyond this, I don't know how many....

8) times I can emphasize, their character is not a child. It's a cute style. You can find much more deplorable art of much more childlike characters (Pokemon too) that no-one seems to take issue to everywhere with this fandom, and much more that looks similar, heck, even my own.

9) Texan has always been a great friend and person. He has always followed his dreams of becoming an Animator at Disney, and has always been influenced by the style and content. Many have been jealous over the years, and yet some people take to wanting to destroy him to 'knock...

10) ..him down a peg.'

What gets me so worked up is that the people attacking Texan has also taken to now attacking anyone who has ever supported, commissioned, drawn, or even liked art from or including Texan. It's become targeted harassment at this point. It sickens me

11) Of my DMs that have been posted, and I still stand by everything I said. I have tried to talk to many people and not just point fingers and accuse, and their mind is entirely made up regardless of what I have to say. That is why I block people, they refuse to listen.

12) All I ask is that before you go following these people, making terrible, hurtful accusations and attacking an innocent artist, that you consider what you're doing.

Even if you don't agree with what I've said, thank you for at least hearing me out.

13) Adding this on here to the end. I don't want anyone to attack anybody about this. It's a reason I didn't mention the people involved. I just want people to consider what they're believing in before they attack people.
