New thread of artwork! From today I hope to post regularly from my side project to introduce some wholesome colourful content to peoples TLs in'shaa'Allah.

Please show some love and I hope it inspires others towards a therapuetic creative outlet.

Doodling is best. Get a £1 Sketchpad and a pack of cheap bic pens. Take 10mins out, do it whilst on the phone, on the train or in the airport.

Just don't fear messing up. This sketchpad is filled with page after page of mistakes, bad perspectives and hairy lines (pics below)

Before and after, a cool tip to make sure your perspective is good is to flip the page the other way round. Also to avoid smudging, always draw left to right (if right handed)

"A traveller"

This begins my side project stuff, when I reveal more I hope it'll make sense. Just testing out an artistic style to see what works... And spending like 10mins trying to shade a really simple staff! (pics below)

Better res picture of the one above, this is just a guide so likely I won't keep it like this but I like this style of sketch Alhamdulillah so I might stick with it. it's obscure but detailed at the same time.

Next in the thread is my fave sketch so far took me bloody ages.
