"If I have major concerns, I would talk to the members. But for small concerns, I just try to forget about them as quickly as I can."

Choose your battles wisely! And to do that, we need to set boundaries and know what truly matters to us. Knowing yourself is loving yourself.
"I am worldwide handsome."

The most iconic and famous self-affirmation there is! Studies show that self-affirmations challenge negative thoughts, boost confidence, and maintain self-integrity. They make us feel good, so let's follow Mr. Worldwide Handsome's example!
"You should have a habit of complimenting yourself."

Jin reiterates this very important point, adding that not only should we complement ourselves but also make it a habit so that it is part of our routines. Loving ourselves is an ongoing process! Fighting!
"I'd go at my own pace, steadily."

Comparison is the thief of joy! Our pace may be different than someone else's but it's not lesser and we don't need to match theirs. Jin tells us to honor our own pace and keep moving forward!
"Don't sacrifice too much for others and treasure yourself more."

While making other happy can bring happiness, we should establish boundaries so that we don't get taken advantage of and neglect our comfort or minimize our needs.
"Your presence can give happiness."

I think we can all use this reminder on a daily (maybe even hourly) basis! It's important to remember that we are valued for who we are, not what we do. By simply being there, we give happiness to those around us.
"I want to be me, without too much decoration."

Again, Jin reminds us that just being who we are is enough. We don't need decoration or showing off or be in the spotlight. Those things are nice but they don't define us. Let's be true to who we are! https://m.ize.co.kr/view.html?no=2019040102057238751
"In a world of uncertainty, we must cherish the importance of 'me,' 'you,' and 'us.'" at 4:32

Notice Jin said "me" first, then "you" and then "us." Just like in Dynamite, we must recognize we are diamonds before we can glow up and be in the stars!
"There are times when my mind is a mess but I try to find the reason and solve that before it actually becomes a worry."

Jin teaches us the importance of checking in with ourselves so we can figure out how to resolve any negative ones before they spiral out of control.
"Don't blame yourself. Talk to yourself that you will do better next time." & "If it goes well, please praise yourself." at 31:23

Jin teaches us self-compassion (be gentle with ourselves) and reminds us to recognize our success (we know our hard work)! https://www.vlive.tv/video/87662
"I'm the one I should love."

Neuroplasticity is the ability of our words to rewire our brains. When we sing along to Jin's Epiphany, we're reprogramming our thinking for better outcomes in our lives. We are literally healing each time we sing his song.
"Go easy on ourselves."

There are many more instances when Jin teaches, encourages, and reminds us to love ourselves that I didn't cover. I was really stressed about it until I realized I should follow Jin's advice. So I'm going to say this thread is good enough and end here!
Just kidding! I have more!

See punching bag -> Punch punching bag

It sounds so simple like that, doesn't it? Jin reminds us that life can be easier if we don't overthink things. In fact, life can feel "surprisingly pleasant." https://twitter.com/seokjinfile/status/1311473772696723458
