ok since the love it love it cd is being released in a few days, i thought i'd make a little thread just about why this song and its mv are So good (as well as just little things about it i find cute/interesting)!!

starting off with the audience.. of course most enstars mvs show the audience to some extent, but in love it love it, there are a Lot more long + sweeping shots of the audience than usual. i think this was a Very deliberate choice

because as we all know, the first time we ever saw ra*bits perform, the audience was completely empty aside from subaru and anzu. it's such a nice contrast and really shows how much they've grown and just how many people love them and want to see them now

(as a side note, i know the story hasn't been translated yet but the live for love it love it was not supported by ES/rhylink at all.. meaning that this audience was gathered by ra*bits themselves + their friends promoting them. in other words, it was only possible through Love)

ok onto some other parts of the mv!! i just thought it was cute here when they're coming down the stairs you can just about see how mitsuru Jumps down instead of walking like the others

this one might be a bit of a stretch but. if you watch hajime and nazuna closely here, it looks like nazuna starts doing this move too early. idk i just think the idea of nazuna slightly messing up the choreo is pretty plausible considering he's out of practice

here they all have unique jumps and of course mitsuru's is the highest

in one of mitsuru's mini talks for this event he mentions there's a part of the dance where he dashes across the stage by himself and i think it's cute how. it's actually in there

OK. OK we all know how cute this part is but what makes it even cuter is that the line tomoya is singing here (according to @/miIkystarycharm's translation which i will link below) is "the hope and courage in my hand". while he's holding hands with nazuna

SO THIS PART. i have seen 2 different interpretations of it and they are both extremely good. the first one is that when ra*bits are stumbling, they look towards tomoya as their leader

the second one is that when they're stumbling, ra*bits all Support tomoya. this one is also good because a lot of the event story was about tomoya trying to do too much on his own and forgetting that he's Allowed to rely on his friends when things get tough

AND THEN WE HAVE. THIS. despite the song being a nazuna center and not a tomoya center, it's made Extremely clear that tomoya is ra*bits' one and only leader now

hee hee they high five in the event called "high five"

i just think this shot is really nice.. niichan is always supporting his kids from behind

the way hajime is standing here is different to the others.. very cute and very Him

if you look at the 4 big bunny balloons at the top, you can see there's one in each of their image colours (iirc it's a bit clearer in the story background but i don't have a screenshot of that rn)

(also another reminder that this live was not supported by ES so this stage decoration was all their own design + put together by them and their friends)

ok onto the song title. i think we all know by now "love it" is a (very cute and fitting) pun on "rabbit", but also. do you know the only other song in enstars that's title is a single phrase repeated twice. it's actually higher higher, tomoya's solo

(being completely honest this is probably a coincidence and doesn't mean anything but it's still pretty cute that the Tomoya Songs follow this pattern shh)

more tomoya references!! tomoya's surname, "mashiro," means "pure white".. and the outfits for love it love it are also almost pure white, and definitely the most white outfits ra*bits have had so far. we're in the tomoya era babey

(this event puts a fair amount of focus on tomoya's Name actually. notably that the "tomo" in his first name means "friend" which is brought up in the story itself And by his card's name being "love friends")

one last thing and probably my Number One Favourite Thing abut love it love it: someone very carefully designed this song's beatmap so the expert full combo would have exactly 727 notes.. because 727 can be read as "nazuna" in goroawase :')

and that's it for now!! i tried to keep this thread to the song/mv itself but i know i went off a few tangents about the story (it's a really good story though please read it when it's been translated). if anyone else has anything to add, please feel free to reply~
