Currently at Historic Vanport where Black Lives Matter activists are meeting up for the event over here. A few Portland police liaison officers just arrived, one of the organizers spoke with them briefly. I stepped away but when I was nearby they were discussing security plans.

Portland fire & rescue are here and parked nearby in front of a gate. The persons in the vehicles appear to be medics ready to order aid if needed
