I had a poor experience at @primantibros and the next day the Assistant Manager called me to apologize. I have gone back a few times since and had amazing experiences. That’s how you do customer service.
Conversely, I had a poor experience at @littlecaesars last Sunday and was told it could take 7 days to hear from management. Still haven’t heard from them. That’s not how you do customer service.
Additionally, had an incident at @TSmoothieCafe where the employees weren’t wearing masks or gloves when preparing our food during a pandemic. Cancelled our order. Still haven’t received a refund of that money. The worst customer service.
The point of this thread is just to show how shitty some companies can be. Especially during a pandemic, you’d think these places would do their best to create a good customer experience. Hasn’t really been the case.
