Trump signed an EO on September 24th called The America First Healthcare Plan. Claims it will protect pre-existing conditions with 1996 HIPAA act.

There are too many issues with this EO to address in one thread but @realDonaldTrump claiming HIPAA protects pre-existing conditions is whopper of lie including his claims to protect medicare and lowering drug prices.

I have heard HIPAA called unconstitutional, the government hiding my records and more in my 30 years of health care. But never a law to protect pre-existing conditions.

HIPAA protects health information not preexisting anything.

Basically, this EO is a rant slamming the ACA and 45 is going to save us with HIPAA and asking the HHS to look into saving health care for America. In other words a useless EO public stunt timed to get votes.

45 is counting on his base not reading the EO or if the do not researching his claims or anything in this work of fiction. Case in point I saw several posts on on FB, which lead to this thread, praising Trump for saving pre-existing conditions and his "health plan".

We need to keep getting the correct information out there, continue to call out 45 and his cabal and VOTE. We must vote this crime organization out of DC and put them behind bars.
