If you see a term you don't understand, you can google it and understand it in 3 minutes. There is absolutely nothing special about being a lawyer.

Nigerian lawyers just want you to think that because of money and professional ego.

Read the law yourself. It doesn't bite.
After all the people in both houses of assembly who WROTE the law are often barely literate. It was politicians who wrote the law, not SmugWigAndCottonBib Esq.

If Senator Kazaure can write a law, you don't have to go to law school to be able to read it.
