I’ve been in kpop for 10 years now and DAY6 is the only grp I’ve listened to who has a solid discography. I can see myself still listening to their songs 4-5 yrs from now. It’s just a matter of preference yknow, like if you ult a grp bec of their dance and performance then good for u. If you ult a group because of their vocals and music, then that’s ok as well. But dont come for DAY6’s musicality just because they are not as well known

Music show wins and MV views aren’t everything. If you are a musician, you aim for longevity and that’s what DAY6 is good at. Because there will be newer and better grps. The fact that 5 years since its release, people are still playing “Congratulations” speaks a lot about DAY6

Ok last for this thread since it’s gaining traction, I still have my ult grps at the end of the day, but whenever irls ask me if I can recommend new kpop groups/ songs to listen to, I always recommend DAY6 I hope more people will give them a chance
