It's been a week, so a suitable period of mourning has passed. And of course yesterday her replacement was named. So the anger (and sincere bafflement that so many Democrats defended & *celebrated* this narcissistic & dangerous behavior) bubbles up all over again.

I don't get the RBG fan club's anger at McConnell. **Everyone** knew the risk. So, embrace this outcome as the worthwhile price of the "autonomy" or "independence" or "notorious-ness" or whatever it was you were celebrating in her decision to stay on.
