Creativity isn’t a skill set or an action but can be seen as Intuition built from exposure and knowledge, it can’t be activated it’s just experienced.

-I want a design that’s hard
- be creative.

These are used conventionally to encourage designers to do better when it does the opposite

Design is extremely subjective and everything depends on context which has to be understood well enough to breed creativity. “Burst my head “ I don’t know what’s in your head.
