I am neither sad nor happy, but I don& #39;t deserve my sleep paralysis attacks. It& #39;s getting worse; feels like their weight& #39;s a lot heavier than before. Damn, I just wanna sleep. https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="😔" title="Nachdenkliches Gesicht" aria-label="Emoji: Nachdenkliches Gesicht">
These attacks only happen when I sleep at night (days off). Ya know when you& #39;re in the midst of a dream, and you suddenly feel something heavy on top of you, thus making it hard for you to move and breathe? This shit& #39;s been going on since I came back from MNL.
Idk if my bed& #39;s the one to blame. This very same bed was where my lolo died in 2006. Nonetheless, why do I not get SP when I sleep on it in the morning after shift (weekdays)?

Is it possible that this behavior& #39;s related to a medical condition? I& #39;ll just research that, I guess.https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="😅" title="Lächelndes Gesicht mit offenem Mund und Angstschweiß" aria-label="Emoji: Lächelndes Gesicht mit offenem Mund und Angstschweiß">
Mind you, I pray before I sleep. I don& #39;t even believe in ghosts or whatnot. I just really need a scientific explanation on what& #39;s happening. Hmmm https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="🤔" title="Denkendes Gesicht" aria-label="Emoji: Denkendes Gesicht">
Anyway, don& #39;t mind me and this thread. I guess, I just need to figure it all out myself.

*I just really don& #39;t want anything or anyone ruin my sleep. And obviously, my SP attacks are bothersome AF. Hahaha
