Mett Brötchen / Hackpeter:

It’s just raw minced pork(or other meat) spread on a bread, sometimes with onions. Yes the meat is RAW.
Blutwurst- Sausages made of blood:
Yes the sausages are made just from blood. They are cooked/dried until thick enough.
Saumagen- pig stomach:
A pig’s stomach is stuffed with potatoes or other vegetables and served in slices usually.
Milbenkäse- mite cheese:
1. Take cheese
2. Leave it in a box with cheese mites for months
3. Let the mite’s digestive fluid ferment the cheese
4. Take out the cheese after months and eat it with the mites
Gebackenes Blut- baked blood:
A tray of pig’s blood mixed with bacon, old bread and spices, baked for 45 minutes
Zungenwurst - tongue sausage:
Sausage made with blood, bread and beef tongue.
