That led to mass distrust and the Dharam Yudh Morcha & mass peaceful protests.The problem & mass participation was based on economic redress 2/

It was never about separatism but the Indian government wanted to malign this constitutional right of Punjabis asking for their rights & act like a colonial power when dealing with descent = kill, torture & spread misinformation about them.

insurgency against the Indian state for 10+ years until 1995
From 1995 - 2020 people tried to get back to & #39;normality& #39; but the reality was & is all these issues were never addressed. They just continued to fester & Punjabis just managed the best they could 4/

Punjab has always been discriminated against by the central government of India since 1947
They will always push it to it& #39;s limits then blame it
