Tensions are high across the political spectrum. There are thousands of heavily armed groups across the country. Most of these groups have been agitated by recent events and subscribe to unwavering ideologies. (3/6)

History (Bronze Age/Rome/1860/etc) tells us that there may be more violence (than already seen) between citizens on the horizon. Election difficulties from the pandemic, actors, & the absence of concession could intensify tensions between groups. (4/6)

Revisit Maslow's Hierarchy of needs and consider if/how this potential violence could hinder you and your family's ability to meet these needs. The base of the pyramid is the most crucial to secure. (5/6)
