Early revision #Amiga1000 full restoration and cleaning. #Retro #commodore #Amiga
Step 1 was to clean out the power supply unit and replace the aged original capacitor and also its original DC Fan.

A brief video of the #Amiga1000 from the original owner before shipping it to me. Unfortunately hard for him to let go of his childhood memories but good for me to be able to make it my own!

Step two of the #Amiga1000 restoration was a full motherboard deep cleaning and bathing in Isopropanol and replacement of the original aged capacitors. Along with floppy drive cleaning and lubing.

Next step was a full capacitor replacement of the original #Amiga1000 Commodore 1081 CRT monitor. Certainly is much fun repairing CRTs and seeing them come to life again! This screen had a few audio issues and picture wasn't super clean. New capacitors fixed that.

Next step, #Amiga1000 keyboard restoration. The whole thing was absolutely filthy. But in great working condition. Now it is mint
