I could understand from both sides how roman could be the youngest child or the 2nd youngest both are logical to me in different ways

from my experience middle children tend to not be focused on and parents tend to put a lot of energy into their first born/youngest (like if shiv was the youngest it would explain why her and kendall are the favorites)

also it’s clear that in the roy family, shiv is held to a higher standard than the boys which would explain why shiv is more mature than roman, cuz she has had to prove herself to her parents more ever since she was a young girl

both of these reasons may explain why roman as the 3rd oldest can coexist with him being considered the immature and chaotic child (attributes often given to the youngest child)

but you know there’s also the obvious where like roman is youngest bc of the stereotype of the youngest is the least mature and is more childish or whatever idk I’d like to hear what other ppl think about this
