Hopefully this is going to be a long thread. I& #39;ve decided to ~LOSE WEIGHT~

So here& #39;s my starting point. Not bad, but it& #39;s the outgrowing pants/shirts I wanna cease. I have some band shirts I can& #39;t fit into anymore, and I wanna fit in them again. So here we go.
Plan so far is to assess diet and what to do to get one and follow it. I don& #39;t eat an incredible amount when I& #39;m not at home; it& #39;s when I& #39;m stuck at home that& #39;s the problem. So I& #39;ll research that and figure it out. I already know I gotta limit snacks.
I don& #39;t drink pop or soda (I despise carbonation) so that& #39;s good for me already. I eat pb&j most of the time, and I just taught myself last week how to cook eggs (YES I AM THAT SAD. I AM SORRY) so I& #39;ve got a good start there. I& #39;ll start slow and work with my schedule,,
And we& #39;ll see where this goes!

My goal is to loose 2-3 pounds in the next two weeks, just to see if I can manage it. Chances are I& #39;ll never touch this thread again. Let& #39;s hope that& #39;s not the case!!!! Also, if there& #39;s any tips or warnings I should know of, please let me know!!!
