I saw a short video of my old music teacher dancing with his class and it made me realise how much I miss that dude. I always looked forward to singing assemblies because of Mr. Goliath haha
And I can't believe Mr. Radcliffe left! 😭 He was another fave. If you didn't feel like learning math that day, all you needed to do was mention rugby, particularly the Chiefs or the All Blacks, or apartheid. I remembered those random lessons more than the math lol
I love Mrs. Meintjes! She's not everyone's cup of tea though especially the ones she called 'dumb bunnies' lol it's not as bad as it sounds though - it was used more as a term of endearment haha she legit made math fun like she frickin sang the math, she SANG itttt!
Mrs. Laither was bomb too! The accounting was boring - I don't even know if it's possible to make that fun. But she gave life lessons that I still refer to today. In YR13, she made us little lavendar to put under our pillows because it would help with memorisation đŸ™đŸ˜âŁïž
Whenever I see chocolate fish, I think of Mrs. Dyer. To note good behaviour, she'd tell us to draw a fish in our books. At the end of the term she would tally up how many fish we had and pay us in choc fish. She brought a whole ass plate of choc fish to our leaver's dinner lol
I wonder how Ms Luoni is these days. I remember her crying after she'd overheard us raving about the class we had before hers 🙄 She told us she used to get mocked 'thunder thighs' lmao she also told us that she was too scared to teach out SA because she didnt want to get shot tf
