If you could pick a few articles to have US History students read about the Constitution and it’s impact/relevance/interpretations in 2020, what would they be?

These are 10th graders and I want to give them several options for this reading assignment. Thanks!!

Other things we’ve got planned include a modified version @ZinnEdProject’s Constitution activity, listening to episodes from Season 4 @SceneOnRadio and discussing what we learn in Padlet, and writing a DBQ essay.

Just to clarify, I’m asking for things like news articles, writing from historians and scholars...... not articles from the constitution.
