Welcome to my Twitter Introductions Experiment ( #TIE 2.0), the purpose of which is to introduce ppl on twitter who. possibly don't know each other, but might get on well. This is NOT a dating service. The aim is possible friendship.

There is NO pressure for introduced ppl to meet up IRL. Some of you might even live in different cities. You don't have to sign up, I'll tag you if I have 'a match' in mind. However, if you like this thread, I'll go out of my way to include you.

Intro pairings will be solely based on the vibes, common interests, and my gut feel. No deeper meaning. After intro: Explore each other's twitter. Say hi. Chat. Or not. < IT'S ALL UP TO YOU.

Back when I did the original #TIE in 2016, I did it over 5 days bc it was easier to find ppl who didn't follow each other among my Mutuals and ppl I knew. Twitter user behaviour (incl my own) has changed since then and therefore I'm not setting a week as a time limit.

Before I forget, once you are twitter introduced, you may UNtag me from the convo when it starts. Or not.

I should mention that it is not always possible to provide a #TIE pairing for everyone. It's not like a McDonald's where you pop in and order a Big Mac - a pairing takes a while. Still, some folks are too niche to be matched. And other ppl's vibes...
