Unhealed trauma will create issues in your mind that don& #39;t exist...especially if you& #39;ve been hurt over and over . Remind yourself to stop looking for things that aren& #39;t there
You distinguish the way trauma feels and reality feels . Trauma feels like knots , anxiety, fear. Knowing how to trust your intuition and understand when harm is near or when it& #39;s just in your head because of wounds that never healed
One of my trauma responses was not allowing anyone to help me or be too nice without feeling they wanted something in return. Again, reacting off of my unhealed trauma
Staying present is the key while still working on things that trigger you and cause you to think you& #39;re being attack in the present by a past situation that no longer exist
All because you feel strongly about a situation doesnt mean that& #39;s the reality of it
