Friend had to get a COVID-19 test because he has a cold and is going into hospital for minor surgery. So, coughing and hacking, he waits 3 hours in line Monday outside to get tested with the woman in front of him giving him dirty looks and no access to food, water or a washroom.

This clusterfuck which thousands of people are experiencing is the result of the provincial government failing to provide adequate testing facilities and the federal government failing to approve rapid testing which other countries are already using. Let's get it in gear FFS.
