(RTs much appreciated)
NO. 20

MF DOOM - MM... FOOD

Brilliantly written and produced album with a genius way of incorporating it's theme. Every track hits and this album has my favorite skits of every album.

NO. 19

THE ROOTS - UNDUN

Executes it's concept beautifully. An album that so accurately and vividly portrays this life of crime and street hustling. Every performance is immaculate, and Black Thought brings his A game here

Fav track: Kool On

9/10
NO. 18

EARL SWEATSHIRT - SOME RAP SONGS

Brilliant and poetic take on a subject many had tried to tackle for years. Every song is so lyrically relatable and the rough and lo fi production really enhances the disorientation theme of this album.

Fav track: Azucar

9/10
NO. 17

KIDS SEE GHOSTS - SELF TITLED

Kanye and Kid Cudi bring the best out of each other on this album. They compliment each others strengths so well that this becomes a perfect album in my opinion. The fusion element of it is brilliant as well

Fav track: Cudi Montage

10/10
NO. 16

CLIPSE - HELL HATH NO FURY

One of my favorite albums of all time from one of my favorite genres of all time. Pusha T, Malice, and Pharrell are in rare form on this album. Every hook is catchy, and it's filled with genius verses in between.

Fav track: Nightmares

10/10

NO. 14

Freddie Gibbs + Madlib - Piñata

My favorite Coke rap album of all time. Freddie has amazing verses and one liners throughout, and this is the album that turned me on to Madlib and his brilliant production skills.

Fav Track: Shame

10/10
NO. 13

Danny Brown - Atrocity Exhibition

Danny Brings his A game on this one. Flowing and rapping so well over these unexpected and off kilter instrumentals. Danny's lyrics are extremely grimy and dark, but have a lot of personality as well.

Fav track: When it Rain

10/10
NO. 12

Death Grips - The Money Store

This is probably the catchiest album on this list. Every song is brilliantly produced and extremely memorable. Ride brings his extreme lyrical talents. And Zach Hill brings his top tier drumming as well

Fav track: The Fever (Aye Aye)

Be is brilliantly produced, written and performed. Everybody involved puts in full effort and it shows. Every song is intelligent, well written, and produced. Almost everything on album was done to perfection.

Fav Track: Faithful

NO. 10

OutKast - Stankonia

This is their most forward thinking and ahead of it's time album they've ever put out (and that's saying a lot). It doesn't have a single skip and even the skits are very funny. All very high quality stuff.

Fav track: Spaghetti Junction

10/10
NO. 9

Snoop Dogg - Doggystyle

This is my favorite west coast classic of all time. Every song is very well produced, and Snoop is in rare form here. Bringing his best flows, and funniest bars to date.

Fav Track: Gimme the Loot

NO. 5

J Dilla - Donuts

What inspired me to start making beats. Every song on this album is brilliantly composed. And somehow Dilla takes a machine as static and cold as the MPC 3000 and makes the most human music I ever heard.

Fav track: Don't Cry

10/10

Kanye West - The College Dropout

Every track has amazing production. Kanye pulls through with great flows as well as his smartest and funniest lyrics to date. In my opinion Kanye was in his rapping and producing prime when he made this
