Can someone explain to me why people are making the sign of the cross when they pay their respects to justice ginsburg?
2/ I am asking an honest question. The fact that some are offended by my asking is interesting. I tell my students - there ARE no stupid questions. Asking is how you learn.
3/ one of the things I love best about myself is that I’m not afraid to ask questions. It’s how I was able to go to rabbinical school at age 47. I’m not embarrassed to not know things. We learn by asking. In Judaism questions are revered. See: Passover & the Talmud
