We need to graduate from seeing a business venture as a ‘next income stream’. That’s where the hustling mentality creeps in. A business should solve a problem. The more equipped and proficient your business is at solving this problem, the more cx you’ll attain and retain.
The more cx you retain, the more sustainably you’ll bring in revenues. Broaden the vision for your business. Don’t see it as a means to pay one bill or buy the Apple watch. Rather, see it as a tool to advance and transform the lives of those who interact with your service/product
Don’t get me wrong, great cx service does not equal profits. There are a group of systems that need to work in tandem to achieve that. For eg, service delivery, pricing, market activity. However, cx service delivers the experience. Without exp, your company remains subpar.
