Ok, today I implement the "anti inflammatory diet". This is a way of eating I do to try and relieve fibro and endo symptoms (which got bad this week) . Crossing my fingers it works although I think the most useful thing will be the tension gloves that are in the mail.

Change a personality! I struggle to stay pleasant to be around when I'm in pain. And I'm in pain 24 hours a day. I know how hard it can be to be nice when you feel like parts of your body are dying. It's really hard! I will always have compassion.
Never forget compassion.
