We are where we are today in this country in large part because we elected a Black President.

A lot of White people saw that and the changing demographics and said “Bet”.

And here we are.

So when I hear policies like M4A, Free College and $15 minimum wage /1
I wonder if we’re living in the same reality.

How could anyone look at our current political landscape and conclude anything other than:

America is STILL not willing to share equitably with Black people.

So much so, that it would rather destroy itself.

Y’all see that, right?
P.S. So when I hear those policies, it’s not just that I view them as unrealistic

The more DOMINANT reaction is I now respect YOU less for proposing them because you fundamentally don’t understand the enemy you’re fighting.
