Boil hot water and squeeze half a lemon and drink every morning!

After school instead of going home, stay somewhere else like: the library, you can do your homework there instead, or you could take a walk, just try to stay away from your house cause you'll definitely binge

Sucking in will really help in the future, cause this help with flat stomach (not guarantee for all types) you can also develop abdominal muscles why sucking in, just suck in every 10 seconds and realise every 10 seconds

I suggest you drink a least 2 big glasses of water before you eat cause then you'll feel fuller so you don't have to finish eating .

If you've lost weight drastically, I suggest you don't let them touch you, especially your wrists and hands, also try to prevent them from seeing you naked

In front of your parents or at home, always wear baggy things, especially if your parents are nosy, if they ask just tell them you prefer it that way that its cold, if it doesn't work then just stay in your room until they forget about it
