Luis had to go because the team had to move on. And he was told to find a club, allowed to go for free (basically) to a rival club and paid half his wages for next season so he wouldn't lose money. And then got a press conference and an institutional goodbye and all that jazz.
I get it, he's your best friend and both of you would have preferred if he'd stayed, but... It makes me uncomfortable.
My point is that it feels like for Leo this isn't about the board being trash, It's about him not being able to play with his BFF. And that's not ok.
Ideally everyone would leave like Xavi and Iniesta. But they only left that way because the knew when to leave.
