At London's Old Bailey for day 13 of evidence at the extradition hearing of Julian #Assange
Court rises as Judge Baraitser enters and proceedings begin.

Defence say today's witness has not had time to properly read the prosecution "bundle," of evidence as it was only delivered late last night.
#Assange
Defence asking for the witness to have one hour to look at the bundle of evidence.
This is granted.
Court has a number of legal issues to deal with, including an application for the disclosure of medical reports from a media organisation.
Both defence and prosecution oppose this.
The judge is now hearing submissions on timetabling for a possible 5th week of evidence and when closing arguments will be heard.

Judge says that she has to take into account that Mr Assange is in custody when deciding how long she will give the parties to prepare closing speeches.
Fitzgerald responds "If you granted him bail that would solve that problem."
Defence is asking for four weeks to prepare for closing arguments due to the new US indictment that was served just before the case opened.
Judge says that would mean no decision before the New Year, defence says Mr Assange is aware of that.
Fitzgerald noted that there is going to be a US election on 3 November and for Assange, "Things will be worse if Mr Trump is still there..we cannot avoid that political fact."
Judge grants the defence request for 4 weeks time to prepare submissions for closing.

Court now hearing a statement from Jakob Augstein – journalist and publisher of German weekly newspaper Der
Freitag.
The statement confirms evidence the court heard last week that Der Freitag had published an article saying A leak at WikiLeaks had exposed an obscure website were unredacted US govt cables are available to those who have the key.
He continues that #Assange called him and requested that he not publish anything that could reveal where the file was as he was concerned about US government informants having their identity revealed.
Defence now applying to introduce new witness evidence in response to prosecution evidence earlier this week.
The prosecution say that would require another hearing to be held.
James Lewis QC says the case "needs a firm hand, enough is enough."
#Assange
Lewis: "This simply cannot go on or this case will simply never end."
Fitzgerald replies, "the prosecution has no divine right to have the last word."
Judge says the defence sent her two new witness statements at 11pm last night saying "this is not the first time new evidence has been delivered so late."
Judge rules she will not allow new evidence to be served.
