The focus on security guards has always been a bit of a red herring imho. The problem there was the casual workforce that the virus spread faster. More important question is why hotel quarantine even exists. Luxury hotels are not clinical settings, it’s so absurd.

The real story is when someone finds out who from the tourism lobby conned governments around the country to create what was effectively a bailout fund for five star hotels and dub it “quarantine”.

Pandemic shutting down tourism? No worries guys, the travel agents can run contact tracing and the hotels can look after quarantine.
