Trump plans to cry "rigged" when a blue shift occurs as mail-in ballots are counted. One way to counter this is for voters to be strategic in deciding between mail-in and in-person voting based on the law in their state (and their COVID-19 at-risk status). #TruthBrigade
Voters who want their votes to affect Election Night counts might consider when their state processes mail-in ballots. "Processing" includes some or all of: matching ballots to registered voters, verifying signatures, opening envelopes, & loading ballots into tabulation machines.
States with late VBM processing: Nov 2 or Nov 3. Voters might consider voting in person (wearing a mask, washing hands, etc).
