Over the Past few years we have seen countless cases of men being FALSELY IMPLICATED by Women on charges of Dowry, Rape, Abuse etc.
I will start by sharing of a Few Popular cases and I will end with a few personal experiences.

When any such allegation is leveled against a Man, he is immediately presumed to be GUILTY and is treated with utmost CONTEMPT by the Law and the Society until he is proven Innocent, which sometimes might take years.

The Point to be Noted is that Law states that the identity of the Woman should be kept concealed, and there are no charges put against her even if the allegations are proven FALSE.*

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE 1:
There was a Good Friend of mine who some years ago Borrowed a Few Lakh Rupees from me, and kept on delaying month after month when I asked her to return the money.
I had no choice but to ask her FIRMLY.
Her Reply scared the daylights out of me.

And she threatened me by saying, "ZYAADA MAT BOLO, ABHI FAKE SEXUAL HARASSMENT CASE LAGA DUNGI TUMHARE UPAR, POORI ZINDAGI BARBAAD HO JAAYEGI".
I went NUMB for sometime and went totally mute.
The problem got sorted out later, but the point is, she DID threaten me.

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE 2:
My Ex-Girlfriend's Brother was implicated by his wife on Fake Charges of Harassment and Dowry.
He had to spend close to 10 Lakhs on Lawyers and had to pay her 15 Lakhs as Alimony to shut the case although no charges were proved true.

We need to wake up and realise that such cases are ACTUALLY HAPPENING and not turn a blind eye to it anymore.
If you are a man, this might happen with you too, and if you are a WOMAN, it might be your brother or husband or boyfriend who might get falsely accused.

We need STRICT LAWS against False Cases against men, and media too needs to get Responsible n not shame a Man unless he's proven Guilty.
Crimes against WOMEN indeed r the most despicable and should be handled with zero mercy, but only if the charges are Proven TRUE.

I know this is a very Touchy topic and might attract Criticism, but whatever I shared is based on Facts and not my personal views.
