Amy Coney Barrett ruled against Republicans to enforce a Democrat lockdown.
She has ruled in favor of govt. on other civil liberties too.
She also believes govt. can mandate vaccines.
She seems to be a statist.

Amy Coney Barrett has a less than average chance of being confirmed due to a number of controversial things she has said & some statist decision she has made.
She is likely to be rejected then President Trump will not have the critical 5th vote to decide the election if need be

Amy Coney Barrett was recommended by the Federalist Society. This is the same group that advised president Trump to put Christopher Wray at the FBI and they are the ones who supported Justice Roberts to the Supreme Court. The most unreliable "conservative" on the court

Barbara Logoa on the other hand will be a great pick who would sail through confirmation. She has a perfect conservative ruling record. She is a Cuban American so she understands the dangers of Statism. She is endorsed by populist Mat Gaets and Gov. Desantis of Florida

Democrats would have hard time smearing a Cuban immigrant who has lived the American dream. Picking her, would energize the Latino vote for President Trump and solidify his victory in the much needed State of Florida.

Barbara Lagoa is the Judge who refused to allow felons to vote until they paid their fines. Mike Bloomberg has now decided to pay the fines.

Barbara Lagoa has a history of standing up to the deep state. She is the Judge who finally unsealed all the Epstien stuff that had been blocked by Democrats and Republcians

Barbara Lagoa been with Gov. Desantis on his anti lockdown policies so she would be a great pick for the upcoming vote on whether lockdowns are constitutional.
