what i use:
- the app & #39;Aloe Bud& #39; (iOS)
- the custom reminders expansion ($5.49CAD) – i have the full version of the app, but you& #39;ll only need this expansion
- my comfort characters :>
- a little creativity
note: i am not affiliated with aloe bud, i just really like the app.

STEP 1: choosing your reminders

aloe bud has lots of different reminders that you can set. for the sake of this tutorial, let& #39;s go with hydrate + pick the cactus icon
i& #39;ll be choosing the & #39;check in& #39; option (tap the button when the activity is complete), but you can also choose & #39;reflection& #39; (write a short response to the activity)
STEP 2: scheduling your reminders

you& #39;ll be brought to the activity card where you can choose a reminder and when you want to receive notifs for it. start with your notif schedule – pick what works for you. i& #39;ll set one everyday every 4 hours, from 8am-8pm.
STEP 3: writing your reminders

choose a character and add a small message from them, and turn off all other reminder options! all of my reminders use haikyuu!! characters, so i& #39;ll use oikawa. here& #39;s some other examples of reminders i have set.
i try to write something i imagine them saying, but it& #39;s not necessary!!
