Some scholars argue that racism, sexism, homophobia, & other forms of discrimination are no longer as obvious as in the past. Instead, people may demonstrate their biases & prejudices in more subtle ways, otherwise known as & #39;microaggressions& #39;.
What is a Microaggression?

In other words, this could take form based on race, income, social capital, religion, ableness, gender, immigration status, sexual orientation &/or other characteristics.

We need to admit when we commit microaggressions, learn from the wrongdoing, and apologize. We all make mistakes, consciously and not, and need to own up to them when we do.
