Today I voted NO on a resolution that insinuated Judge Cynthia Stephens' recent court ruling would lead to voter fraud.

False narrative.

Stephens' ruling allowed ballots received w/in 14 days after election day to be counted -- critical to ensuring every vote counts in Nov.
Election officials received ballots from 6,400 Michigan voters after the Aug 4 election day. That is 6,400 people that thought their votes would count, and they didn't

How many more would be disenfranchised in November without Judge Stephens' ruling?
With the COVID-19 pandemic still well underway, people need certainty that they can vote safely from home with their absentee ballots and get counted -- especially those with health conditions.

Thanks Judge Stephens!
