fine line and walls music videos story

we start our journey off with the lights up music video released on October 11th, in this video we have H exploring himself. we see him flouting in water, surrounded by people, hanging upside, and even looking himself in the mirror. he seems almost lost.

he's surrounded by people of all genders, not afraid to show their faces

extremely similar to this scene in the walls mv, where L is too surrounded by people. obviously they have masks on and we don't know their true identity.

in both lights up and walls, H and L literally are looking at their reflection as they sing. possibly reflecting on themselves.

then the man on the motorcycle takes him away from these things. u could even say, save him.

a similar scene is in the kmm video where we see a man riding a motorcycle with his partner.

moving onto adore you, we have H in a world where he doesn't feel like he can be himself because he is different. he's full of frustration. and he relates to the fish, because he too feels like an outcast. and in the video we clearly see the boy and the fish save each other.

when the boy is with the fish, the entire mood of the video changes and we see them both genuinely happy. however at the end of the video the fish becomes too much to handle for the boy and he has to let him go.

in the falling mv, H is seen very distressed and sad. the person he loves has left him and he's all alone. playing the piano as he starts to drown. not even trying to reach for air.

i find it important to add that room was painted in a specific way. the piano has a ship on it, as well as fish. it's the little details that he does for his videos

in wms, we have H on the beach surrounding by loads of women, and two men. we see one of the girls searching with a metal detector (same as person in Eroda) making anything think we'd get a golden mv, which came out to be true. (not mv timeline, but proved golden)

our guess for the golden music video is that H will finally be going after the fish because he went after them in the end of adore u. from what we've seen, H is running to someone, and i think its safe to say they r the same person the fish represents. he's running after the sun

he's finally ready to be open with this person after all this time. this is the end of the era, and the end is almost near. wouldn't be surprised if this ending is similar to the ending of wmi, which is happy and uplifting

lights up is losing yourself. adore you is finding that person who saves you, but then leaves. falling is the after math of that person leaving. wms is experimenting without that person. golden is finding that person again

switching to L's music videos, it follows the story of a man who's working for a type of gang while trying to balance a relationship at the same time. i think its safe to say that the "big boss" is management, and L is the man.

this man wears a mask, hiding his true self when he works. its only ever off when he's with his partner. he gains money for his boss, while not being treated the best.

he ends up jumping off a cliff into the water, which is very similar to the fish being pushed into the ocean. he waits there till it is safe for him to swim back, away from his boss. this is similar now with L being extremely silent while he is ending ties with s*mon

we are almost to the ending where he swims up and joins his partner on the beach. officially free

this is just a theory, however these videos plots are unfolding right in front of our eyes. majority of the things in the videos have happened, and are happening. its your choice to believe this or not
