Went on a run for the first time in at least twelve years. It was awful, I don& #39;t understand why people do this at all. I& #39;m going again on Sunday.
Woke up this morning with my legs finally feeling nearly close to normal again so I guess today was the perfect day to turn them into shredded meat all over. I hated every endless minute. Going again on Thursday.
I think I& #39;m beginning to like whatever it is that running does because the running is still awful but I went on an unplanned, impromptu one and shattered my personal best. Still going again on Thursday.
Though distance and duration were pretty much exactly the same for today& #39;s run as they were Tuesday, it felt both worse and better. Worse because it felt like I was going slower and got tired sooner. Better because I was able to push and keep going anyway. Going again on Sunday.
My right ankle is feeling a little irritated, so I may take it easy and skip Thursday, just to give it some rest.
Skipped Thursday, and while I was planning to go tomorrow (Sunday), I really felt like running tonight. It was good! Almost easy this time. Ankle felt OK too.
I& #39;m thinking I should do the current round a few more times, and then start going longer and farther.

Going again on Saturday (got a hike planned for Thursday).
Next run again on Tuesday!
Also I forgot to post on Tuesday and Thursday, but I did record those on Strava. I& #39;m thinking I should wrap up this thread here, and people can just follow me on Strava if they want to instead. https://www.strava.com/athletes/70660487">https://www.strava.com/athletes/...
