PolitiFact said that it's out of context because the presidents in his chart served longer than Trump (which is obvious, as Trump is in his 4th year as president, while some served 2 terms, etc.)
But also, that it doesn't note "what was happening in the economic background." ???

Yeah, that's reality. Sometimes presidents have to deal with challenges that aren't necessarily their own doing. Obama wasn't why he was inaugurated while jobs were disappearing, but it happened.

PolitiFact is the same place that still claims that Trump kept his promise not to cut Medicare/Medicaid because technically speaking, while he's TRIED to cut it, Congress has stopped him. So, you know, an extremely literal reading of things.
