PolitiFact said that it& #39;s out of context because the presidents in his chart served longer than Trump (which is obvious, as Trump is in his 4th year as president, while some served 2 terms, etc.)
But also, that it doesn& #39;t note "what was happening in the economic background." ???

Yeah, that& #39;s reality. Sometimes presidents have to deal with challenges that aren& #39;t necessarily their own doing. Obama wasn& #39;t why he was inaugurated while jobs were disappearing, but it happened.

PolitiFact is the same place that still claims that Trump kept his promise not to cut Medicare/Medicaid because technically speaking, while he& #39;s TRIED to cut it, Congress has stopped him. So, you know, an extremely literal reading of things.
