148 new cases, bringing total to 8,543. #covid19
61 people are in hospital, 20 in ICU.
There have been two more deaths, bringing the total to 229 #COVID19 fatalities in B.C.
Dr. Henry says contact tracing will happen for any potential school exposures of coronavirus.
Dr. Henry says she is not surprised at the thirty #COVID19 exposure events, given the number of schools in the province.
Dr. Henry says all health authorities will be posting exposures online.
She adds in terms of school exposures, the biggest schools in the province are in Fraser Health and all have been managed well, she says. "It doesn't surprise me at all," she says.
