I need your help. I had an interview yesterday and completely bombed it. I had an anxiety attack and fumbled when they asked about the gap in my resume. I don’t think anyone would believe me if I told them why I haven’t worked all these years. Should I lie? Why do they even care?

I’m just scared of saying “for medical reasons” because I didn’t want them to think, “Well what if she still has medical issues that would make her unreliable, no?”

I still have PTSD and an anxiety disorder but that shouldn’t get in the way of work if I continue my therapy
