If you're on time, you're late
- punctuality = form of non-verbal appreciation
Execute on commitments
- words are bonds; should not be broken
Under promise, over deliver
- get it done better and faster

Don't point the blame on others or other things
- leaders display ownership; other leaders respect
Dress for the job you want (but not too flashy)
- never dress below colleagues, but no more than 2 levels above

Remove yourself from all gossip circles
- loose lips sink ships and also credibility and honor
Go to lunch or after work get together when asked
- you don't drink or hate Italian food; attend anyway

Do things the right way vs. way "always been done"
- Problem solvers and creative minds succeed
