Biden is +13 among white college and -19 among non college whites. HRC was 33-62 among whites (-29), 34-59 among white college (-25) and 33-63 among non college whites (-30). These are substantial improvements for Biden.

A typical OH electorate is 80% white/20% minority. The numbers in this Q-poll get Biden to 50%. That Biden has gotten to the point of competitiveness without spending much at all in OH is remarkable. If he loads up in OH post-debate, he can get a win. OH Dems are pumped to vote.
